Escalio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account information (name, email), profile and CV data you enter, application activity, and technical logs used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To operate and personalise Escalio — including career score, job matching, AI feedback — and to let employers you've applied to review your profile.

Public visibility

Your profile is private by default. Enabling "Open to work" makes your public profile page visible to anyone with the link.

Your controls

You can edit your data at any time in Settings, disable "Open to work" to hide your public profile, or delete your account.
